We know that it can be difficult to purchase something that you have not held in your hands. The colors on-line may look differently in person or the design may not suit you. Owning a weaving from MayaWeavings is a different experience from making a purchase from an anonymous manufacturer. It is a personal endeavor. Each of the weavers we partner with takes great pride in their artistry. To own one of their weavings is to accept a bit of the culture and history of the weaver and of the Maya world into your life.
Because of this, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Although we do not offer refunds, we do have a 7-day exchange or credit policy. To be eligible for an exchange or credit, you must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your weaving. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Make sure you include your receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs and we recommend that you include tracking and insurance. If something apocalyptic has occurred, i.e., we mailed you the wrong weaving (gasp! - not likely, but it could happen), of course we will pay for your return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your item and to let you know if your item was accepted for exchange or credit. Your credit/exchange amount is the original cost of the item and does not include any shipping you may have paid.
